The 21st Century Teaching and Learning survey has been in continuous use worldwide for almost 10 years. A student version is being used to guide workforce development initiatives in New Mexico. This grew from national and international work, and a statewide study of project-based learning (PBL) with the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) to assess 21st century skills and student achievement.
